Handmade stoneware ceramic vase with hand-braided matte gold handles on each side of a narrow neck and a hammered mirrored platinum metal base. The glaze colors come together to transport you to a sunset over the water, where the water looks reflective in the shadows below a glowing red blue-green-purple sunset above. Great for a modern coastal home — add your favorite dried or fresh flowers to this captivating, sculptural one of a kind vase.

The vase is fully handmade — first thrown on a wheel, then the clay at the base of the vessel was lightly pressed, divot by divot to create a hammered texture. Then two handles were hand-braided with extruded pieces of clay and carefully attached to each side of the neck. After being fired, the vase was handpainted with over 8 glazes & multiple coats of each to create this specific beachy gradient design. Made with Speckle Buff tan clay. Pieces are diamond sanded to ensure smooth texture of bare clay on the foot / bottom of the piece.

> Wheel-thrown by a mom of 2 in Costa Mesa, CA, then hand trimmed, finished, and fired in the kiln; then handpainted or hand dipped with multiple glaze colors and fired for a final time at over 2100°F
> Diamond-sanded by hand to ensure a smooth, non-scratching bottom/foot
