Beach Wave Handmade Travel Coffee Cups, Tall To Go Tea Mug, Handpainted with Blue Turquoise Glazes

Handmade stoneware ceramic travel mugs, perfect for your favorite coffee, tea, espresso or beverage on the go! Dishwasher Safe and fits in your standard cup holder. Has an attached half top (one ceramic piece) for spill-proof sipping on the go and easy cleaning.

“Beach Wave” mugs are hand painted with 6-8 glazes on a tan speckle buff clay, transporting you to a turquoise azure blue beach. These cups are thrown individually on the wheel then carved for an added wave effect around the top. The travel half lid is added, then it’s fired and hand-painted — layered with glazes to create a beach gradient effect. The white speckle inside is glazed with a satin white that highlights the natural speckle of the clay body.

- Diamond-sanded to ensure a smooth, non-scratching bottom/foot
- Pieces are individually wheel-thrown by me, a mom of 2, then trimmed, finished, and fired in the kiln; then hand-painted and fired for a final time at over 2100°F – all in Costa Mesa, CA
