Beach Wave & Speckle Sand Mugs, Bellied Mug with Large Comfortable Handles, 12 oz Cup

Handmade stoneware ceramic wide-bellied mugs, perfect for your favorite coffee, tea, or warm beverage! The handles are individually hand pulled, then attached carefully to each wheel thrown cup. These “Beach Wave & Speckled Sand” mugs transport you to a sandy beach, as a wave washes ashore at your feet. The mug is handpainted — layered with 8 glazes to create the beach gradient effect. The bottom of the mug is clear-glazed to highlight the clay’s natural beauty, which looks like sand. The inside is glazed in a beautiful sandy seafoam, also highlighting the clay’s speckle!

Each mug is handmade and handpainted, with a hand-pulled & carefully attached handle. The mugs are thrown on a wheel, fired, then glazed.

> Durable & Lightweight Stoneware Ceramic: Speckled Buff tan clay, fired and glazed with non-toxic, lead-free glazes
> Wheel-thrown by a mom of 2 in Costa Mesa, CA, then hand trimmed, finished, and fired in the kiln; then handpainted or hand dipped with multiple glaze colors and fired for a final time at over 2100°F
> Diamond-sanded by hand to ensure a smooth, non-scratching bottom/foot
